HomeGear Co. ("we", "us", "our") operates homegearco.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the details you enter at checkout:
- Full name, email address and phone number
- Shipping address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- Order contents (items, quantities, prices)
We do not collect or store your card number, card expiry date, CVV, or PayPal login details. Payments are processed entirely by our payment providers (PayPal and/or Stripe) on their own secure systems — HomeGear Co. never sees or stores your full payment credentials.
Shopping cart and browser storage
To let you build a cart and revisit it later, the Site stores your cart contents in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data stays on your device and is not automatically sent to our servers unless you complete an order.

- To improve the Site and the products we offer
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

- You can clear your cart data at any time by clearing your browser's site data for homegearco.com
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses browser local storage to remember your cart. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies, but this may change — if it does, we will update this policy.
